Project Community is committed to supporting local individuals and familities through our emergency community assistance program. We recognize that from time to time, many neighbors are in need of a helping hand. For this reason, we are committed to helping local individuals and families find assistance when they need it most. We do this by connecting those in need to resources that currently exist in the local community and by providing limited financial assistance, as our resources allow, for emergency situations.
Because our resources are very limited, we work hard to not duplicate the efforts of other wonderful agencies in our community. When we receive a request for assistance, we first work to find existing resources that may be available. We recognize, however, that sometimes there are no available resources to meet a person's unique needs. In these cases, Project Community works to commit limited resources to help in emergency situation.
